Q: Can I play the guitar without "talent"?
Learning music is not about talent! With appropriate lessons, encouragement and enjoy music, anyone can become a musician.
Q:Can I play the guitar with my tiny hands and short fingers?
A lot of famous guitar Virtuosoes are with relatively small hands or short fingers, e.g. Alvaro Pierri, Muraji Kaori. Hand size will do not affect guitar learning, and there are different sizes guitars for those who need.
Q:How many should I take for a week? And how long for each lesson?
We suggest beginners to have one individual lesson per week and each 45 minutes; or 1 hour for small group of 2-4 students.
Q:Is it good idea to learn in a group?
Learning in a group, you can take a longer lesson with relatively lower cost. And you can learn from your classmates and play duet or jam with them.
Q: How long it takes to learn playing a whole song? How long it takes if I wish to take grade examinations?
Basically, it depends on different person. For beginners, some can play very simple song on the first individual lesson; it takes around 1-2 years for songs like "Romance de Amour" but there are exceptions that some can play within few months. To take grade 3 guitar examinations,it will be around 1.5 years. All depends on how much the student practice, did he/she learned any musical instruments before and how often he/she listen to music.
